Zakez bantwini for Swazi motor show

MANZINI – Top South African singer Zakes Bantwini, has been roped into the entertainment package for the Swazi Motor Show to be held in April.

The singer has been one of the breakout artists of 2010 and has featured on many hits from house maestro Black Coffee, including the dance floor favourite ‘I Love You Juju’ as well as the popular ‘Shake Your Bum Bum.’

"We are proud to announce that we have secured the services of one of the hottest musicians out now, Zakes Bantwini, for the Swazi Motor Show after party at Mavuso Trade Centre. Zakes will be joined by the popular Kunle, as well as the cream of local talent including deejays Crooks, Mix Mash and Stitch," Nelisa Lawton from Legendary Events said.

The Swazi Motor Show is set to be a huge affair designed to show- case the achievements and products of the automotive sector, including cars and the latest gadgets. Featured will be the latest models in different marquees, as well as a host of attractions associated with the motor industry.

Entertainment at this family event will include belly dancers, camel rides, helicopter rides, motorcycle stunts, as well as spinning among many other activities.

Exclusive luxury vehicles including Ferarris and Aston Martins will be on display during the two day event, which will certainly rev up the engines of many that will be in attendance. …Tourism Authority partners with Legendary Events

MBABANE - The Swazi-land Tourism Authority has thrown its weight behind the Swazi Motor Show which they deem ‘a plus for Swazi tourism’.

"Hundreds of spinners and drifters from South Africa, Botswana and Mozambique have confirmed their participation in the motor show. There is no doubt that this event will boost tourism.

"As the event grows in leaps and bounds, the numbers of visitors will increase as well," Minister for Tourism Macford Sibandze said in his speech at the lauch.

 Demonstrating

He also added another feather to his cap when he jumped into a car that was demonstrating spin and drag racing tricks at the launch. Many people were excited to see the minister boldly take the front seat as the car did tricks and spun elaborately.

Cheers and whistles could be heard everywhere as rubber burned on the tarmac.
