NHLANGANO - Miss Swaziland Finalist, Nomcebo Tsabedze, finds herself caught in a love triangle with a married man which has seen the wife confronting her and taking away her shoes.

During the confrontation pictures of her were taken by the wife Cebile Sibandze using a cellphone before confiscating her shoes which she found in her husband’s house on Saturday evening.

Tsabedze was among the 2011/12 finalists but did not make it to the top five.

Cebile is said to have arrived at her husband’s house in the company of a female friend and private investigator, Doctor Myeni.

Cebile said she then found the beauty finalist chopping a cabbage preparing supper and asked her why she was in a love relationship with a married man and what she was doing inside the house.

She is said to have demanded to talk with her husband, Mbongeni Sibandze, who was reported to be in the bathroom.

The hubby was asked why he was in a love relationship with the beauty finalist because there was a pending divorce matter between him and his wife at the Nhlangano Magistrates Courts.

There is also a pending maintenance case at the Nhlangano Magistrates Courts and a garnishing order was recently signed by Magistrate Mandla Mkhaliphi that E2 000 should be deducted from Sibandze’s salary for maintenance of two children he has with his wife Cebile.

The children are aged four and 11 months respectively.

"Nomcebo is my aunt’s daughter and she knows very well that Mbongeni is my husband even though we are having problems. She was not remorseful when we asked her what she was doing in the house instead boasted that we can take 100 pictures of her and would not care what we did with them because she was used to posing for pictures. I went to the house after getting wind that she was now full-timing at the house with my husband and I hired Doctor Myeni to prove the allegations. I confiscated the shoes because I wanted to use them as evidence in court in the divorce case," Cebile said.

The woman said she got angry after being informed by a relative that Tsabedze bought a big cake on Valentines Day for her husband.

Cebile said the shoes were currently in the custody of her lawyers, Piliso Simelane Attorneys and Partners, as proof that her husband was in a love relationship with the Miss Swaziland Finalist, Tsabedze, and was optimistic that the court would finally approve the divorce.

In an interview yesterday, Mbongeni, said Tsabedze, came into his life when he needed a shoulder to cry on and became a woman to share his problems with. He alleged that his wife deserted him for two years and had been single since then until he fell in love with Tsabedze.

"Why is she making lot of noise about this because she is the one who moved out of our house? I love Nomcebo so much and she has been with me through difficult and trying times. She must put her house in order instead of following me," Sibandze said.

It’s not about money he has none, says finalist

NHLANGANO - The Miss Swaziland Finalist, Nomcebo Tsabedze claimed she was not getting a cent from Mbongeni Sibandze.

Rather she said she was using her own money she obtained from her businesses as well as selling clothes to put food on the table for the man she loved and is also responsible for settling other household bills following the garnishing order issued by Magistrate Mandla Mkhaliphi ordering the deduction of E2 000 from his salary for maintenance of the two children.

"I am not with him because I want money but because I love him. For the past three months that man earns E36 as a result of the garnishing order and you ask yourself why she is frustrating him because she is also employed.

"Ever since I fell in love with Mbongeni I do not even get airtime from him because all his money goes to his wife and he is left with only E36. I believe falling in love with him was God’s plan and I will continue to love and be there for him.

"I want to give him the love and care he ought to get from a woman and I love him so much. Everything I eat I buy it myself. I am not going anywhere and she is giving me the courage to be strong and continue loving the man she deserted," Tsabedze said.

‘He deserves a caring woman’

NHLANGANO - Miss Swaziland Finalist, Nomcebo Tsabedze, became emotional and wept uncontrollably as she narrated how she got involved in the love triangle.

She said the relationship began in January after he narrated to her the hardships he was going through in his marriage.

Tsabedze said he produced documents of the ongoing divorce application and maintenance cases before court.

She was interviewed yesterday in her shop situated in Nhlangano Town.

She said she did not care about the shoes Cebile Sibandze) confiscated and the pictures of her taken using a cellphone.

"Mbongeni is soul loving and he deserves a caring and loving woman like myself. He deserves happiness in his life and it is what I am giving him. I came into his life when he was about to commit suicide due to the stress and ill treatment he was subjected to by his wife under the disguise of maintenance.

"I fell in love with him because he had been single for the past two years after the wife who today makes lot of noise moved out of the house. She can use the shoes and pictures wherever she wants and I just don’t care," said Tsabedze.

Sibandze wants order to stop garnishee

NHLANGANO-Meanwhile, Mbongeni Sibandze, has applied for an order stopping the deduction of E2 000 from his salary.

In court papers submitted by his lawyers from BS Dlamini Attorneys, Sibandze questions the justifications that were used to raise the money to E2 000 when the garnishing order was issued by Magistrate Mandla Mkhaliphi.

He also alleges he was never summoned to state his side of the story before Magistrate Mandla Mkhaliphi when his wife, Cebile Sibandze applied for the garnishing order.

"I was never summoned to answer the new claim against me and to further ventilate the merits and demerits. The rule of natural justice was never adhered to when the order was granted as my side of the story was never heard. On top of that, I am not aware as to what justification was used to raise the money and further that a garnishing order be put in place as I have been complying with the order of 2nd September 2011," part of the letter reads.

In the letter, Sibandze also reveals that they are married through civil rites but are presently living in separation.

He also disputes paternity of the second child and claims he had been called to appear on two occasions before the Nhlangano Senior Magistrate, Peter Simelane, and the then Principal Magistrate, Nondumiso Simelane, for peace binding applications.

Another order, however, was issued by Magistrate Mandla Mkhaliphi that Sibandze should undergo a DNA test for the second child.

He said his wife was on both occasions advised to approach the Social Welfare Department for assistance.

"On the third occasion, I was called to appear before Magistrate Mandla Mkhaliphi who made an enquiry for maintenance and then issued an order for me to contribute the sum of E1000 per month towards the maintenance of the two minor children. This was done after my financial standing and responsibilities were investigated. I then proceeded to make the necessary contributions by depositing E500 per month and further leaving E500 with the Social Welfare Department," reads the statement.

Sibandze said he was shocked when he went to the Social Welfare Department in Nhlangano to deposit the E500 and was shown an order that a sum of E2000 should be deducted from his salary.

Oh dear oh dear Nomcebo sisi becareful of men, dont get me wrong it might be true he is having a tough time maintenance and dirvorce are indeed not a childs play but they have got a 11 month old and another child. If they separated 2 years ago, why do they have a 11 month old? I'm afraid you might be waisting your money in the name of love. But having said that, its your call. And why didnt the man wait until the dirvorce is over then you start a relationship, besides why do u want to be an opportunist. Cmon girls learn to value yourselves tomorrow its gonna be you in that situation THAT IS A MAN !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Yhi! Nomcebo sisi vuka ngemadvodza! Before you know it he will be begging his wife back, he will be telling you that he misses his kids. I am talking from experience, never trust a man and no woman in her good senses leaves a good husband. Kukhona loku shay'emanti. Wake up sisi, you are a beautiful woman, find your own man, start your own problems and don't be "brought forward" like a balance sheet!

Hawu! there is a lot of lies in this story. My question also is, can women wait until the divorce case is over? That will give an answer to the questions asked 4rom men, not bcos i'm a man. I won't speak much coz i do not know the true side of the story, only God knows.

This is very funny, whether the child is 11 months or 2 months its besides the point. Sibandze is disputing the paternity of the second child so only a DNA test will prove he is indeed the Father of the child. Nomcebo there is nothing wrong with being in love with a man in the brink of divorce maybe you are the one to spend the rest of ur life with, he needs you and you are also in love, next time private investigators come into your house they must bring with them a court order not to just budge in, Keep loving this man and forget about other people who will try to warn you about MEN, we all live once and those who hate men they should go to hell.

I WOULD LIKE TO COMMENT ON THE ARTICLE DATED 29 FEBUARY 2011 TITLED WIFE CATCHES HUBBY WITH MISS SWAZILAND FINALIST.I WOULD LIKE TO KINDLY SAY THAT THE SIBANDZE'S ARE LEGALLY MARRIED WHETHER SEPARATED OR NOT,ACCORDING TO THE MARRIAGE ACT. SO CALLED MISS SD FINALIST AND HER MARRIED BOYFRIEND MUST LEARN TO DO THEIR HOMEWORK THOROUGHLY BEFORE BREACHING THE LAWS OF MARRIAGE. HOW DOES A SWAZI GIRL, WHO WAS TELLING THE WHOLE COUNTRY THAT SHE'S PROUD TO BE SWAZI GIRL AND LOVES HER CULTURE, NOTE GIRL, I GUESS SHE EVEN WENT TO DANCE UMHLANGA, DEVALUE HERSELF LIKE THAT. WHAT DOES THE SWAZI CULTURE SAY. I DONT THINK IT PERMITS ITS MAIDENS WHO ATTEND THE REED DANCE TO FALL FOR MEN WHO GOT MARRIED THE WESTEN WAY, UNLESS THE MARRIAGE WAS NULLIFIED. I ALSO DONT GET THE FACT THAT SHE IS INTEFERING IN THE MANTAINENCE OF THE TWO KIDS. IT JUST SHOWS THAT AS SOON AS SHE TIES THE KNOT WITH THE MAN SHE WILL BE THE EVIL STEPMOTHER. HOW CAN A WOMAN NOT FEEL EMPATHY FOR ANOTHER WOMAN. MAYBE ITS BECAUSE SHE DOESNT HAVE KIDS OF HER OWN. KIDS ARE NOT SUPPOSED TO SUFFER FOR THE SINS OF THEIR PARENTS. THE MANTAINENCE ACT OBLIGES BOTH PARENTS TO TAKE CARE OF THE KIDS. IF SHE SAYS THE E2000 EMALANGENI IS TOO MUCH FOR THE HUSBAND, HOW MUCH DOES SHE SAY HE MUST PAY. IF SHE SAYS HE SHOULD STOP PAYING THEN SHE MUST PAY COZ SHE FOUND THE KIDS IN HIS LIFE. IF YOU LOVE A MAN, YOU LOVE AND CARE FOR EVERYTHING HE COMES WITH. I WOULD SUGGEST SHE WAITS UNTIL HE IMPREGNATES HER TOO, MAYBE SHE'LL KNOW WHAT THE POOR WOMAN IS GOING THROUGH. SHAME ON YOU MISS BEAUTY QUEEN, GUESS WE SHOULD KNOW THAT THE BEAUTY OF A WOMAN LIES SKIN DEEP, NOT IN THE PILES OF MAKEUP ON HER FACE. WHAT SHE'S DONE SHOWS US SHE'S NOT A BEAUTY QUEEN AFTER ALL NEITHER A BEAUTY AMBASSADOR. SPEAKING OF AMBASSADOR, I WOULD LIKE TO PASS MY UTMOST DISSAPOINTMENT TO THE ORGANISERS OF THE MISS SWAZILAND PAGEANT.AS A CITIZEN OF SWAZILAND I AM GRAVELY DISSAPOINTED ABOUT THE CODE OF CONDUCT OF THESE OUTWARDLY BEAUTIFUL YOUNG WOMEN. I WOULD LIKE TO KNOW WHAT CRITERIA IS USED TO GROOM THESE AMBASSADORS AKA PUBLIC FIGURES AND WHAT DISCIPLINARY ACTIONS ARE TAKEN TOWARDS THOSE WHO MISBEHAVE? WHAT THESE GIRLS YOU CALL BEAUTY AMBASSODORS ARE DOING IS PATHETIC. EVERY YEAR WE AS A NATION HAVE TO PUT UP WITH THEIR BAD PUBLICITY. PLEASE PAEGANT ORGANISERS PUT YOUR GIRLS ON A LEASH, BECAUSE WHAT MESSAGE ARE THEY SENDING TO SWAZI GIRLS. CONCERNED PARENT OF A GIRL CHILD

Ok, first of all, this story is so biased, all im reading is what the ex-wife has to say, this to me sounds like a strategy for the ex wife to be able to win her case in court during the divorce... Please get your facts straight and stop painting a bad picture for this current lady...!!

: PREPAID WATER METERS
Do you think prepaid water meters will serve EWSC clients better than the current billing system?
