STEVE HALL APPOINTED CONSULANTS FOR PSPF RESIDENTIAL ESTATE
MBABANE – Steve Hall Development Consultants will be paid over E100 000 to undertake a study on the PSPF residential estate.
In tender results issued by the Swaziland Public Procurement Regulatory Agency (SPPRA), Public Service Pensions Fund (PSPF) Chief Executive Officer Cleopas Dlamini announced that Steve Hall had scored 88 per cent during evaluation.
The company outsmarted six other companies to emerge as the best evaluated tenderer in the job where they will cash in E101 745.

Companies that were in the race for the tender were: MTK Sustainable Technologies, Hlobisa Environmental Consultants, MK-SHEQ Consulting, Malontweni Investments, SIMAV SHEQ Consultancy and Training and Interlink Professionals.
The highest price for the exercise was received from Hlobisa Environmental Consultants who charged E292 752 while the lowest was from Interlink Professionals whose price was E44 460.
Dlamini announced that in terms of section 45 (2) of the Public Procurement Act of 2011, following a competitive bidding process, notice was being given that a contract award decision had been reached by the approvals authority, the PSPF Board of Trustees.
“The contract award decision does not constitute a contract,” Dlamini advised.
Investing in office park development in Swaziland could be a bad idea for property punters as the sector is oversupplied but same cannot be said about residential property development.
This emanates from the fact that amid the slow growing economy, residential property developers are striking it rich. It presents a good business opportunity.
