MBABANE – Entrepreneurs and businesses with intentions to expand their business portfolio to the country’s south have been presented with an investment opportunity.


Bids starting from E3.5 million have been invited from property development punters, or any interested individuals for the ideal and preferred location for a private farmer eager to enjoy magnificent views and countryside sense of place.
The property, located in a good position in Nhlangano (next to Makhonza), sits on 168. 2743 hectares of land.


The property has a spacious three- bedroom house with two bathrooms, a fitted kitchen, scullery and a double garage.  Musa Nhleko of Mgilija Properties explained that the excellent farm land was suitable for sheep, chickens, vegetables, forestry, cattle or factory since it boasts of five boreholes powered by an 800kv transformer.  Nhleko said the farm with a well maintained gravel road access has two adjoining rivers running on two boundaries of the farm.


It has also been explained that the farm has an office block with seven offices, ablution facilities and a small kitchen.  There is also an external factory with an ablution block for both females and males.
“Two large warehouses make this the best investment,” Nhleko explained.


Further making the farm a viable buy are 4 x 2 bedroom unfinished staff houses within the vicinity of the farm. Nhleko said interested buyers should send an email to sales@mgilijaproperties.com to receive a bid form which should be submitted by close of business tomorrow at their Malkerns offices. He also mentioned that as one of the requirements would be a E10 000 cheque that should accompany the bid form that will be returned to unsuccessful bidders.
