RECRUITMENT AGENCY FOR EZULWINI

MBABANE - Ezulwini Town Council has availed a business opportunity to recruitment agencies.

The town which is often dubbed the country’s investment hub invites competent, registered and reputable service providers to submit sealed proposals for the provision of recruitment agency services for the financial year 2022/2023 to 2024/25. The agency is needed to perform recruitment services on behalf of the council. “Only those firms that are legally registered, have relevant expertise, well experienced, have the resources to perform the specified service and are in good standing with the Ezulwini Town Council will be considered,” reads the invitation.

The ‘request for proposals’ document can be obtained at Ezulwini Town Council’s Civic Offices, located at 73 Mpumalanga Road, at the accounts office at a non-refundable fee of E500 per set. The winning bidder will provide recruitment services of executive management for the council as and when the need arises, during the agreed contract period in accordance to the law governing the operations in the Kingdom of Eswatini and laws governing the Ezulwini Municipality.

The successful firm will be expected to perform all duties and services that include receiving the applications on behalf of council and report progress to council after the closing date.
The consultant will further register all received applications. The proposal must be deposited in the Tender Box the Ezulwini Town Council’s Civic Offices, located at 73 Mpumalanga Road by noon (CAT) on April 28th this year. “Late bids will be rejected. Tenders received on time by the latest date and time for submission will be opened at Local Authority Offices on April 28th, 2022 at noon (CAT) in the presence of bidders’ representatives, who will be in attendance,” said the Municipality.

Meanwhile, Ezulwini town is a tourist destination and an entertainment hub of Eswatini and was declared a town in 1995 through a Legal Notice Number 117 of 1995. It covers an area of approximately 1 720 hectares and the population of Ezulwini was estimated to be 2 661 in 2017 and projected to grow at a seven per cent rate yearly for the next five years. The Proposal must be deposited in the Tender Box the Ezulwini Town Council’s Civic Offices, located at 73 Mpumalanga Road by noon (CAT) on the April, 28th 2022.
