... BID TO REVIEW FEES FOR PUBLIC SERVICES
EZULWINI – The Ministry of Finance has hinted that government was proposing to review fees for some public services in the near future.
This was revealed by Erick Dlamini, Senior Finance Officer in the Ministry of Finance during the Business Eswatini Tax Indaba held at the Royal Villas yesterday. Dlamini said reviewing the public service fees was long overdue, as some fees had been remaining the same for many years. He mentioned that government was also looking into introduction of Carbon Tax, amendment to the Customs and Excise Act and amendment of the Tax Administration Act. Dlamini said these were still at proposal stage and further details would be provided in due course.
