IDCE DEMANDS E458K FROM LA QUINTA INVESTMENTS

MBABANE – The Industrial Development Company of Eswatini (IDCE) is demanding a sum of E458 550.73 from La Quinta Investments (Pty) Ltd.
These claims are in respect of monies loaned and advanced to La Quinta Investments. According to the particulars of claims, IDCE made four claims against La Quinta Investments. The first claim was for the payment of E82 272.67. It was demanded that the said amount be paid with interest thereon at the rate of 17 per cent per annum.

The second claim was for the payment of E102 644.60. It was demanded that the said amount be paid with interest thereon at the rate of 14.5 per cent per annum.The third claim was for the payment of E217 420.15. It was demanded that the said amount be paid with interest thereon at the rate of 14.5 per cent per annum. The last claim was for the payment of E273 633.46. It was demanded that the said amount be paid with interest thereon at the rate of 17 per cent per annum. The matter is still pending in court.
