TRIPPY KING 20 IN STUDIO WITH ZIM’S BUFFALO SOULJAH

MBABANE – Like it or not, local artists are gunning for the ‘bigger cheese’ in the music industry as they are working hard towards expanding their horizons.


Just a few months ago, local hip hop artist, Trippy King 20, who is known for his gifted flow


He hasn’t slowed down on working towards growing his brand and taking up opportunities to work with other celebrated musicians across Africa.
Trippy King 20 revealed on his social media pages that he was soon going in studio with Buffalo Soulja. “I am proud to announce that I am working on a record featuring one of Zimbabwe’s Top Urban Artist, Buffalo Souljah.”
Buffalo Souljah is a 10 time award winning undisputed African King of Reggae dancehall. He recently joined forces with Nasty C in Coke Studio and made a hit record titled ‘Belong’. He has worked with D’banj, Fali Ipupa, CaboSnoop, AKA and Da LES.


The  song these two artists are working on will be produced and recorded by Mr Kamera, who is known for the work he put in towards mastering South African artists Ma-E and AKA’s ‘No lie’.
The local hip hop artist’s energy on stage is unmatched as he constantly interacts with the crowd throughout every performance. Born Lindokuhle Kunene, Trippy King 20 has featured both local and international artists in his music.
Kunene said he had a lot of projects planned for the new year and hoped that all these collaborations that he has been involved in will help put him on the map as people from different places of the world will get to listen to his music.
“All I can say is that God is finally answering my prayers, now I can fully attest that perseverance is key to your dreams, look at the way my journey is shooting up. I am humbled and grateful to be working with yet another big and celebrated star such as Buffalo Souljah,” said the rapper.


He further went on to say that the experience he has gone through while recording has contributed tremendously to his growth as an artist who takes his craft seriously.
“First and foremost, I am reaching for everything they said I could not have and as a Swazi artist, I am determined to put the flag on the map,” he said.
