MBABANE – The death of gospel music icon Lundi Tyamara has made some of his followers reveal secrets.

One of the secrets is an alleged affair between the late artist and former Ncandweni Christ Ambassadors member Thabile Mdluli.
Yesterday, Mdluli’s friends and gospel music lovers spent time on Facebook reading a letter written by Mdluli which was dedicated to the late artist.

On the letter, Mdluli expressed her feelings about the late ‘Mphefumlo Wami’ fame artist where she mentioned that she still did not be believe that the artist who most people thought she was dating was no more.

“We were an unlikely pair, you and I. Some people still insist there was more than just friendship between us. I let them speculate because they would never understand. There is so much I learnt from you. You taught me how to love effortlessly,” said Mdluli on the letter.

She mentioned that she was aware that people do not believe her when she tells them that to her, Lundi was just a friend.

Dating

She said what made people think they were dating was because Lundi always fought for her at all times. 
“Do you remember the day I followed you to Durban and you were so excited to see me and you insisted I share a room with one of your backup singers at the Botanical Gardens.

When she brought in a boyfriend you literally went ballistic. You fought for me when some fellow gospel singers tried to have it with me. I still remember how you left one of them on a trip to Zimbabwe because he had come into your house and tried to kiss me. You told him the plane would be leaving at 11am when in fact it was leaving at 8:30am.
