BEAUTY QUEENS & MUSIC STARS FOR SWAZIBANK CUP

MBABANE – Miss Tourism Swaziland,  Nadia Nascmento and Miss Kwaluseni Fresher’s Temakhonkosi Mndzebelele will have soccer and music lovers screaming the word ‘Yelele’ as they parade the SwaziBank Cup 2017 trophy. 

This will happen on Sunday at the Somhlolo National Stadium during the SwaziBank Cup Grand Opening.
Apart from the two beauty queens parading the trophy, country’s top gospel group Shongwe and Khuphuka Saved Group and  afro soul singer Nomalungelo Dladla of ‘Mporoma’ fame  will be entertaining those who will attend the soccer games on Sunday.

Confirming the day’s line-up was SwaziBank’s Public Relations Officer (PRO) Phesheya Vilakati who invited music and soccer lovers to the grand opening on Sunday.

The day according to Vilakati is not just soccer match day, but a family day. “We will be having a lot of entertainment activities and it is for this reason that we urge families to come out as a unit and enjoy the day with us. Music lovers will not be disappointed as well as the gospel and afro soul genre will be represented well,” he said.

He urged everyone who will be attending to keep time, as preparations of the grand opening were already at an advanced stage.
“It is always encouraged that those who will be attending be at the stadium on time. This will help in making sure that the games and the entertainment go according to schedule. The artists have promised to be at their very  best together with the teams that will be competiting so people should expect a fun filled day,” he said.  Entrance fee will be E30 and gates open at 7am.
