MBABANE – King Terry is bringing the Mozambican feel into his beat. Rapper King Terry dropped ‘Hlanyela’ which features Mozambican multi-award winning artist Mista Kuka and is produced by Mozambican producer Manaz Lazer.
‘Hlanyela’ was dropped last Friday through Twitter MTN Pulse.

The song came about through working with one of Mozambique’s biggest stables known as Republica Do Panza (RDP) Studios.
King Terry described ‘Hlanyela’ as a happy vibe, which is likely to be a banger in nightclubs and at home.

“The beat was inspired by our happiness and excitement and we went with the flow. One could say it was the sound that was in fashion when we made it yet we were just in the studio, in the moment and making magic,” said the rapper.
The rapper said he hoped the song would brighten someone’s day as it was all about good vibes.

“I hope it becomes an anthem to people’s happiness so they get rid of the negativity that surrounds them. The song is about choice, good or bad, fun or not, happy or sad,” he said.
This single follows closely after ‘Colour,’ a track by King Terry, was realised. ‘Colour’ was released two months ago and the track portrayed the rapper’s diversity as it is a fusion of kwaito, jazz and hip hop.
