ANDILE KAMAJOLA’S SHOW CANCELLED
MBABANE – Gospel music lovers will be disappointed to know that the much awaited Andile KaMajola’s show has been cancelled.
KaMajola is show was scheduled for tomorrow night at the Metropolitan Church in Manzini.
Expected to feature were top artists who included Hlengiwe Mhlaba and Linda Dlamini. Others expected to perform were Shongwe and Khuphuka and Ncandweni Christ Ambassadors.
Behind promoting the show which was launched a month ago was South African well known music promoter, Nosipho Daniels.
Yesterday, Entertainment Desk received numerous calls from members of the public asking if the show was still on or not.
Those who called mentioned that they have been making attempts to call the organsiers of the show who all could not be reached.
A number of those who called claimed they were looking forward to watch the artists performing. Among those they were looking forward to see is Hlengiwe Mhlaba.
The Entertainment Desk then called all those who were involved in organising the show. While some did not answer their phone, others said they were not sure if the show was on or not.
First to be called was Nosipho Daniels who happens to be the main organiser. She was first called on her local number which happened to be off.
The Entertainment Desk further on called Thulani Ntshangase who happened to have been working closely with Daniels in organising the show.
It should be noted that Ntshangase was Daniel’s right hand man during the preparations of the show.
Ntshangase made it clear that he was not aware if the show was on or not.
“At the moment I am not sure as to what is happening. The best person to contact is Nosipho or Andile. They can have the proper answers,” he said.
Also called was Mhlonishwa Motsa who also was working hand in hand with the organisers.
Motsa stated that he was also not clear if the show was still on or not. There are certain people who should be contacted. Maybe they can have the right answers.
By the time of compiling this report, it was still not clear if the show would continue or not.
