MBABANE –  Former Miss Eswatini First Princess Zethu Manana abides by the popular quote “sometimes, knowing when to quit is wisdom” by resigning from Mrs Eswatini Committee.

The mentioned former beauty queen revealed her immediate resignation as a committee member early this week.
Justifying her resignation, she said she was going through personal challenges which needed her full attention.

“There is no bad blood between me and the team as I left due to some personal issues that I am going through at the moment, and these issues will not allow me to be hands on in the project. I am still going to be there on the final day and the team knows they can ask for my advice or help anytime, and I am more than willing to help,” said Manana.

However, the committee was said to be a bit reluctant on her prompt decision but she was able to convince them otherwise, and they peacefully respected her decision.

Currently, the beauty is making major moves but she told this publication that she preferred to play her cards close to her chest for now.
“I will reveal all my plans in time,” she said.

During her reign, Manana was behind the book drive which saw many under privileged pupils getting free educational and literature books.
