The night shall be filled with music, and the cares that infest the day shall fold their tents like the Arabs and silently steal away as we prepare ourselves for a fun-filled weekend that will forever stay in our memory as we party like there isn’t another life.

Each person deserves a day away in which no problems are confronted, no solutions searched for and these days are the weekends when we get loose and have a good time.

Fun lovers have been waiting patiently for this weekend as it is the FNB Smoothfest weekend. All is set as the stage has officially been set up, in preparation for tomorrow’s show.

The FNB Smooth Festival took the local entertainment and music scenery by storm on its debut in Mbabane at the Corporate Place back in 2014. The festival is back yet again this year and is set to take place tomorrow at Riders Ranch in Sidvokodvo.

Growth

With the year-on-year growth and success, it goes without saying that this year’s festival will be the best yet as FNB has revealed what each ticket will bring on the day for attendees. The Gold package ticket, which costs E350, will come with a front row experience, access to food court and access to exhibition garden. It is worth noting that tickets for this package are still available.

On the other hand, the platinum ticket package, which costs E530, will come with a dedicated cash bar; welcome cocktail and access to front row experience; however, the package has been sold out.

Lastly, the black ticket package which cost E770, will come with a capped open bar, Smooth Fest gift, welcome cocktail and access to front row experience. Also, the package has been sold out.

Confirming this was FNB Head of Marketing Zethu Dlamini, who said they were working tirelessly with the rest of the FNB team to make sure that this year’s festival outweighed the previous year.

Dlamini said the reason they revealed what these packages came with was because they were giving the public a chance to choose their desired package prices wisely, according to their desires and what they would want to experience during the festival.

Performing on the day of the festival will be Afro soul singer Lira, Mahhotela Queens, Symphony, Sands, Zamo, Qhibho, Jonas Gwangwa and Freshly-Ground.
Over the past years, the FNB Festival stage has had Zonke Dikana, Amanda Black, The Soil, Jimmy Dludlu and Hugh Masilela.
