MBABANE – The is no better way to spend quality time with your loved ones than over good food and music.

The MeatFest family fun day will be launched on December 8 in Manzini. This concept is one of the many that look into the kingdom of Eswatini having a lot of activities that bring families and friends together to enjoy and spend time as one. This event has, therefore, seen the need to create a platform that will allow both children and adults to have fun over great food, good music and games.

Nomvuyo Dlamini, the brains behind the MeatFest family fun day said she came up with the concept because she believed relaxing outdoors was one of the best ways to refresh, a great way to escape from the world of worries, be it work or anything that occupied people’s minds and kept them  away from spending time with their loved ones.

“Through this fun day, families and friends will come together to know each other better in the world of fun over tasty meat,” she said
The MeatFest family fun day will be an introduction of a whole new meaning to flame-grilled meat.

“Children must bring their swimming gear because there’ll be water slides and a mini pool for them to enjoy. A mascot will be on site as well to play with the children which means less pressure for parents who want to enjoy their meat and beverages in peace,” she said
