M NATION 25TH BIRTHDAY BASH ‘LIT’

PIGG’S PEAK – ‘Lit’ is the best word to describe the ‘Butepo King’ M Nation’s birthday bash, which was held at the Pigg’s Peak Hotel and Casino.
The birthday bash was later followed by an after party.


M Nation, whose real name is Wandile Ndlovu, is an Eswatini Gqom artists based in Pigg’s Peak and he has also been nominated for the MTN Swaziland Music Awards (SWAMA) for 2019.
He is best known for the song ‘Butepo’.


The party was sponsored by Seed Soil Harvest Ministry which is a faith-based non-governmental organisation headed by Futhi Mavuso.
Also at the party was Madala Mhlanga, the Member of Parliament (MP) for Mhlangatane Inkhundla.


Mhlanga was representing Sifiso ‘Sompisi’ Magagula, who is the MP for Ntfonjeni Inkhundla where M Nation is originally from. Speaking during the party, Mhlanga urged M Nation never to leave God behind.
Mhlanga said he was excited by the talent he had seen in the country not only in M Nation but many other young people who may not have the opportunity to be heard.


Passionate


He said he was passionate about young people, adding that he wants to see more opportunities that uplift the youth. Mhlanga also presented a voucher of E1 000 donated by Magagula. The MP also took time to dance to some of the music from local artists such as Zwistos and Lil Boy who performed on the day. Other performers also include Scuveve who is also based in Pigg’s Peak.


Many other artists including the popular Sea Water also attended the party and performed at the event.
Comedian Mcola Maseko kept the guests entertained with his jokes throughout the party.
Other people in attendance included M Nation’s two sisters and his mother who were introduced as special guests.
