ABATHANDWA TO JOIN ‘GOOD SAMARITAN GOSPEL MUSIC FESTIVAL’
MBABANE - ‘Umoya wam uyavuma’. This is one of the relevant hit songs from the renowned group called Abathandwa from South Africa, which gospel music fanatics will be singing along to at a show dubbed ‘Good Samaritan Gospel Music Festival’.

The well-known group under the late legendary Sifiso Ncwane will be one of the main acts that will be performing at the show to be held at Mavuso Trade Centre, on December 6, 2019.
This was confirmed by lead singer of the group Percy Nyoka in an interview with the Entertainment Desk yesterday.
He went on to share their excitement to be part of the event and to be performing again in the country.
“We cannot wait to see the beautiful and warm-hearted people of Eswatini, they can only expect a powerful Godly performance.
“We want to usher people into the presence of the Lord through our latest his songs.

“We would like to applaud the organisers for coming with such a fruitful idea to help the less privileged,” he said.
He further stated that it was worth noting that the main aim of the event was to give back to the needy, hence the saying, “It takes one to heal a nation.”
In an interview with one of the event’s organisers, Ndumiso Dlamini, he shared the main aim of the festival, which was to help the needy with all the income they will get from the show.
He also shared that they will working with Eswatini Red Cross in identifying families in need.

“We wanted to put a smile on those who are less privileged through this show and with the help of the public s it is a charity event,” said Dlamini.
He went on to plead with the nation to support the festival and the initiative of giving back.
Abathwandwa will not be the only exciting artists to mesmerise music lovers, they will be supported by the likes of the ‘Yebo’ hit maker Nothando Hlophe, Linda Dlamini, Ziyawa Kazitha, Fakazi Samuel and many more.
