CULTURE EXPO A SUCCESS AT ALLIANCE FRANCAISE
MBABANE - Eswatini meets Japan! This cross-culture event which was meant to explore Eswatini and Japan cultures was embraced by many at Alliance Fracaise de Mbabane in Mbabane last Saturday.
Kicking off at 10am, the attendees got to be spoilt with knowledge in fashion, food and in song.
Locals had a chance to learn about Japan and the Japanese also had a chance to learn the Siswati way of living.
Speaking on behalf of organisers, Yuji Nemoto said they were grateful to receive such a warm welcome by locals and the Alliance Fracaise team.
“Our aim was to share and showcase the different cultures,” said Nemoto.
Activities of the day entailed a fashion show, Japanese food tasting and showcase Japanese toys.
