ACAESWA AVAILS OPPORTUNITY FOR GOSPEL ARTISTS

MBABANE - An opportunity has availed itself. The Association of Christian Artists in Eswatini has officially invited local gospel artists, who might need assistance in terms of uploading their content on the digital space.

 This was shared by the President, Phetsile Masilela, in an interview with the Entertainment Desk yesterday.
 She said they were aware of the current pandemic and they came up with a solution to benefit musicians.

 She emphasised that artists needed  to venture into the digital world and use the current situation to their advantage as events were suspended.
“It is indeed a really challenging time for  all of us due to the COVID-19 crisis. It is very important that we all explore the online platforms for pushing our music and brands. However, we’ve noted that some artists need assistance to do this.” she said.

 The association will help artists upload their craft through an IT technician who will be paid by the association.
 “His fees will be paid by the association. Your subscription fee for a single will also be covered by the association. Unfortunately, if you are loading an album the cost will be on you,” she added.

 It is worth noting that the programme  will only benefit members of the association.
 “Members should not worry about data as we will also provide that,” she said.
