MBABANE – After an impressive set at Tinkers last weekend, Tyrone ‘DJ Ty’ Reid has earned himself an invitation to play in Mozambique tomorrow.

Reid, who is also known as Mr 505, said he will be rendering an hour long performance at Club Coconut in the Mozambican capital, Maputo during a show dubbed ‘Valentine’s Eve P arty’.
He was invited by the Club’s Resident spinner DJ Mandito, who was in the kingdom playing at Tinkers last Saturday. The show was themed ‘Mozambican Beach Carnival’.

“Mandito liked my set and style of play on the night and invited me to perform at his club,” said Reid.
The spinner said he would do the unthinkable during the show as he has prepared a 40-tracks-mix for his one hour set.
“I have done this before in my previous performances and I do not see why I will not be able to do it in Mozambique,” he said.

Reid said he would play up-tempo Hip Hop tracks and a new style kind of house music called ‘Latino House’, which originated from the Latin countries.
He added that he is sure that he will impress the Mozambican crowd and keep them on their toes the whole hour behind the decks.
