HALA RADIO REACHES OVER 500 000 HITS
MBABANE – Reaching new heights by the day.
Hala Radio Station has recently hit over 500 000 on their website which has culminated in the online radio platform reaching 32 000 total listeners on their streaming link. This comes after the online radio station announced that they had reached just over 20 000 hits a month ago.This is according to the reports downloaded from the online radio station’s website (dashboard) for the month of March as they attracted thousands of listeners and the numbers have been growing on a daily basis.

Hala Radio has been, for the past three months, the talk of the town and listened to all over the world with Eswatini leading the pack followed by the United States of America (USA). The name of the online platform, Hala means the aura of the light around the Sun as it surely is bringing a new dawn in the radio industry not only in the country, but all over the world with the line-up of live shows and popular guests. The show has since hosted well-known top South African, United Kingdom and USA artists.

In an interview with the founder of Hala Radio, Larry Mhlanga; he disclosed that the online radio station, which has amassed over 32 000 listeners and over 500 000 hits in three months, was planning on having interviews with South African Idols finalist, Mr Music, Mthunzi and Donald. “Hala Radio Station is living, to its movement of growing immensely and attracting amazing artists from across the world for interviews and promotion of the station,” he said.

According to Mhlanga, he went on to add that the mission was to now promote the radio station and draw listeners as they were about to launch new programmes for emaSwati to listen to. As part of drawing a huge listenership, Hala Radio has added local socialites and celebrities alike where they engage the masses on various topics of interest.
