JOYOUS CELEBRATION TO BLESS ESWATINI

MBABANE – Mavuso Trade Centre will once again be the host of the upcoming massive gospel show featuring South Africa’s leading gospel show, Joyous Celebration.

The choir under the leadership of Jabu Hlongwane, Lindelani Mkhize and Mthunzi Namba will be performing in the Kingdom of Eswatini on August 27. The world travelled choir will perform in the kingdom courtesy of Umvini Events Management. The choir was last in the country at the same venue in 2018. This time around; the choir will be launching their latest album titled ‘JOY 26’.

Umvini Events Management is a company led by Nhlanhla Mathunjwa. He’s also the current Public Relations Officer (PRO) of the Association of Christian Artists in Eswatini (ACAESWA). It will not be the first time for the company to host Joyous Celebration,they last did in 2014. Mathunjwa expressed how pleased they were as a company to bring one of the most loved gospel choirs to the kingdom. “Joyous Celebration is indeed coming; the preparations are already at an advanced stage. The intention is to make sure that the show becomes nothing but the best,” said Mathunjwa.

He went on to share that this year’s setup will be different from the past shows adding that gospel music lovers would enjoy themselves. “The choir will sing all its latest songs, since they have not performed in the country for the past two years. Mathunjwa encouraged gospel music lovers to start preparing themselves for the show saying they will try by all means to see to it that tickets are affordable. “This time around, the show will be bigger and better. What should be noted for obvious reason is that the tickets will be limited as we still living in COVID-19 era. I just encourage music lovers to start booking seats now. We already have a number that can be used by those who have the interest of booking their seats,” he said.

Limited tickets for this year’s show

MBABANE – Tickets to this year’s Joyous Celebration show will be limited.

If you are interested in being part of those who will attend this year’s Joyous Celebration show, better get your tickets as early as possible to avoid disappointment. As from Saturday, tickets will be available for music lovers. However, the tickets are limited. The company all along had a booking line for those who were interested in buying the VIP tickets. Nhlanhla Mathunjwa, Umvini Events Management’s Director, confirmed that tickets will be available as from this weekend. “We shall be closing our booking line on Saturday. Those who booked tickets will definitely get a discounted rate,” he said. He said tickets would be available at all Ocean Basket outlets together with Galitos.

“For now we only have an agreement with the two franchises. I urge all gospel music lovers to make sure that they buy tickets only from these stipulated outlets,” said Mathunjwa. He went on to say that those who booked VIP Tickers will get them for only E600 instead of E650. “Once the booking has been closed, the VIP will be E650.  From Sunday, the tickets will cost E650,” he said. He added that general tickets only cost E350. It should be noted that tickets are limited so it is best that music lovers get to buy the tickets as soon as they can.
