Mbabane - Wondering what to do with your family this evening?

Wonder no more. Swazi Plaza Properties (SPP) is hosting episode three of what they have dubbed SSP Nights. SPP Nights is a entertainment concept brought about by the lack of family oriented events in and around Mbabane. The idea is that families can come out to have dinner and enjoy live music, games and other interactive entertainment activities for the entire family. When reached for comment Siphiwe Nxumalo the Marketing and Promotions Officer said: “As a shopping centre, we pride ourselves in having something for everyone.

“What’s better than having dinner under the stars while a live band serenades you? The SPP Nights is also always headlined by local talent, this is an important part of the entire set-up. “We are very interested in actively consuming local entertainment. It is important for us as a centre that uses local service providers in order to actively participate in their growth.” She went on to add that for their third episode, saxophonist Zwile will headline the event. He will, together with his band, play a full set. “We will then take a break and have a few games for everyone to participate and there could be some fantastic prizes up for grabs. “Finally, we will dance the night away to the sounds of the legendary DJ Uncle Karly,” said Nxumalo.

Throwing

The aim of these nights and other events that SPP has been throwing is to bring back the excitement of being outside and enjoying what Mbabane has to offer. According to Nxumalo people have been cooped up too long for the last couple of years and as SPP they realised the gap in full family entertainment.   She went to say that their centre is made for the entire family to enjoy and it is imperative that they provide family-oriented fun.“Be on the lookout for more SPP Nights during this festive - there may or may not be carolling involved,” shared Nxumalo.
