The musician then took to his Instagram account to share an appreciation post for the opportunity he got to perform in LA. “I played my first show in LA, and man, it was special! And I got to share the stage with @willinleyy and @rowlene_sa. What a magical experience with a magical audience, so thanks to everyone who made the mission far and wide come out! All the love to @itstheimports for bringing all the Southern Africans together for this beautiful showcase, and a special thank you to the team at @tgisfiction, @winstonhouse, and @artisticintent!” read the post.

He has already released three projects, which form part of a trilogy. As it is a continuation of the other. The first extended playlist (EP) was released in 2020, titled ‘In the Beginning Was the End’.

The second EP was released in 2022, titled ‘But could the moments in between’, which builds on the sentiment of being in love and feeling it from the first EP, later in the same year, he dropped the final part, titled Comma. It is different from the previous two, but it remains honest and comes from a place of love. Together, the trilogy forms a short poem. It was during the release of the trilogy that Manana became a Grammy Award winner in 2021 for his contribution to a song, ‘Time Flies’, which forms part of Burna Boy’s album, ‘Twice as Tall’.
