He has trusted us to do some PR work for his latest project here in Eswatini and we are grateful. We will be working very closely with his label, MyThrone as well as his management team from Magnificent Communications,” said Dlamini. A Peculiar People is a new agency made up of partners with a rich history of work and networks in the country and across southern Africa.
It was further highlighted by Dlamini that the agency has positioned itself to be able to work with international creatives that want to access markets within the local territory when it comes to PR, events, appearances and performances.
Entrepreneurs
“At A Peculiar People, we are inspired by talents who want to be different, non-conformists. We represent creative entrepreneurs who aspire to stand out and refuse to compromise their individuality. Our aim is to explore uncharted space within the events, film and PR space. We will be launching soon, so please understand that we are unable to say much except that we are bringing a whole new culture into the creative space. We are currently in talks with exceptional creatives in the region and we will be approaching talents and not the other way round.
We know exactly who we want to work with and we are very clear on our vision and strategic objectives. There is a growing demand for safe spaces and we are here to innovate and bridge the existing gap,” further highlighted Dlamini when elaborating about the agency. A full scope of work by Khuli Chana and his reasons for choosing a local agency is divided into at length in an exclusive interview that the artist has with this publication for Sunday Style.
