BHOLOJA TO SHARE STAGE WITH PJ POWERS

MBABANE - Eswatini multi-talented musician Bholoja is set to perform in Maputo, Mozambique.

Born Mbongiseni Ngubane, Bholoja is a very gifted, humble, and celebrated musician from Mbabane, Eswatini. His voice and native lyrical songs have won respect and expanded his following across national borders. Bholoja is a popular musician who is known for his unique style of music, which combines traditional Eswatini music while playing his guitar. The artist will perform in Mozambique on March 30 at the Fish Market, at a festival dubbed ‘Festival de Mariscos’.

Ngubane will have a chance to share a stage with legendary South African powerhouse PJ Powers.  PJ Powers is an SA singer and performer. She is known for her ‘Jabulani’ hit song, which made trends around the world in 1983, when it was played in the Jabulani Amphitheatre. Bholoja is also expected to perform alongside Banda Kakane, a powerful band that was founded by lead singer Yolanda Chicane and Azarias Arone, both from Mozambique. The Eswatini-born music star has travelled to over 15 countries. This includes countries from southern Africa and overseas. Some of the countries he has travelled to are Kenya, South Africa, Madagascar and Bostwana, to name a few.
