ALL SET FOR 5TH EPIC GIG EPISODE

MBABANE - Preparations for the fifth episode of the Epic Gig are done and dusted are awaiting for your arrival.

This was revealed by Tammy Dlamini, the festival director who also assured that everything on point. “We are very excited for this weekend; it is going to be a big party. We just had a briefing with everyone who will be working for ease and convince of their work,’ Dlamini said.  The consistency of this local annual festival is unmatched by its growth every year, giving young and upcoming artists a chance to show their craft and share stages with the big names in the industry. It is even bigger now, as they are also bringing the youth that is in the fashion industry to be a part of this magic and show what they have in store.

DJ Toxic also mentioned that as they will have a fashion show on Saturday, everything in that department is also settled. “Yes, we will also have a fashion show on Saturday night, where we will be giving local brands and fashion designers a platform to showcase their work. The models are ready, everyone is set for the event,” he said. Patrons that may be worried about security at the festival have nothing to worry about as the security at the event is going to be very tight.

Safety

“Safety is our number one priority at the festival, the security is going to be very tight as the Royal Eswatini Police Service officers will be on site, as well as Fire Rescue and Emergency personnel will be on site and paramedics will also be on site,” Dlamini said. Worth mentioning is that this year’s festival sponsor, Galitos Eswatini has ensured that everyone at the festival will be fed as every ticket comes with a Galitos meal.
