NDONIYAMANZI’S SILVER MEDAL WIN IN PRAGUE

MBABANE - Ndoniyamanzi Luhlanga, a ballet dancer from Talent n Motion Academy, has achieved a remarkable feat by winning a silver medal at the Dance World Cup finals held in Prague, Czech Republic.

Dance World Cup (DWC)  has over 120 000 children around the world aged from 4 to 25, trying to qualify in their country for the DWC World Finals, which is held annually in a different location. Previous locations for Dance World Cup include Portugal, Spain, Germany, Romania, England, Austria, Italy, France and Jersey. The talented dancer qualified for the finals earlier this year during a competition hosted in South Africa, where she qualified with 77.5 points.

Ndoniyamanzi Luhlanga, who is 11 years old, has been dedicated to her craft since the age of 4. Her dance Coach, Velile Dube, expressed pride in her achievements and highlighted her unwavering dedication and hard work. Ndoniyamanzi’s commitment to attending every class and her passion for dance has undoubtedly contributed to her success. “Ndoniyamanzi Luhlanga has been dedicated to her craft since she was 4 years old. She has earned this. She has never missed a class and has shown so much dedication and hard work. All the best to her,” said Dube.

On the other hand, Talent n Motion Academy was established back in 2016, with the aim of empowering young people through a variety of dance mediums. All in an effort to create a happier, healthier and more open-minded future generation and to empower young people through a variety of dance mediums. The Prime Minister, Russell Mmiso Dlamini also posted a positive comment online, here he said, “We have learnt with excitement about the victory of 11-year-old Ndoniyamanzi Luhlanga, who is bringing home a silver medal from the Dance World Cup held in Prague, Czech Republic. We congratulate Ndoni for being the first liswati to qualify for this prestigious competition and for hoisting the Eswatini flag.”
