MISS ESWATINI PRIZE PRESENTATION ... POSTPONED!
MBABANE – Earlier last week, the pageant licence holders, Oukitel Eswatini announced on their social media platforms, that today Miss Eswatini would be presented with her new wheels.
Pageants Director, Tony Dlamini confirmed with this publication that the presentation has been shifted.

“Yes the presentation has been postponed to next week due to reasons that cannot be shared which the licence holders are still tending to,” he said. Miss Eswatini 2024 Temvelo Mtsetfwa also shared a heartfelt appreciation statement on her page to everyone that supported her on her journey. “I am overwhelmed by the love and support from family, friends and people I do not know who chose to support me. I am eternally grateful. “I would also like to thank the organisers of the pageant, Oukitel for the amazing journey they took us on and believing in our individual talents,” read the post.
Congratulated
On their page Oukitel also congratulated the runners-up Nowethu Motsa, the first princess and Sebakhona Clare Matisa, the second princess for their victory. “Congratulations to all Top 10 contestants for the amazing journey the work you put in and for giving it your all at the finale. Wednesday, December 11, 2024, will be the official prize handover where sponsors contestants officials and other invited guests will have the opportunity to meet share their experiences of this amazing journey and hopefully explore new opportunities for the future,” the post went on. The prizes that have been revealed by the licence holder on their social media pages include the newly launched Jaecoo J7 car which the winner will keep permanently.

Additional prizes include E50 000 in cash beauty products from Portia M worth, E100 000 for her year of reign accommodation from Sun International during her travels and a weekend getaway at Sun City worth E32 000 alongside luxury jewelers, a Guess handbag and perfumes from Kuwaiti sponsors. In addition to the exciting prizes the queen will also be the official Oukitel brand ambassador. The ceremony served as a platform for showcasing the talent and beauty of the contestants. The Miss Eswatini pageant is known for its celebration of culture empowerment and community involvement as participants often engage in various charitable efforts throughout their reign.
