SA ACTOR MANDLA N ADDED TO SUMMIT
MBABANE - Eswatini’s annual Arts Summit, set for January 29 to 31, at IDM Matsapha, has revealed another keynote speaker for the first session. Mandla N, a renowned Director and Producer of Black Brain Pictures will be one of the key speakers for the Film and Television Opportunities session. As part of the diverse panel of speakers, Mandla N, known for his impressive portfolio of productions including ‘City Sesla’, ‘DiepCity,’ ‘Isitha’ and the recently released ‘Mabaso Family Reunion’ on Netflix, will share his extensive knowledge and expertise with attendees.

He will be joined by Herbert Hadebe, the Paramount Africa Commissioning Editor and Celiwe Dlamini, Eswatini TV’s Commissioning Editor, who will shed light on industry trends, both locally and internationally. Eswatini National Council of Arts and Culture (ENCAC) Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Stanley Dlamini underlined the importance of the summit. “The arts summit aims to bring together experts from various fields to share knowledge and foster the growth of creative industries within the country.

The music session, led by prominent music industry professionals, will delve into the evolving music landscape, emerging trends and best practices for musicians to thrive in today’s market.
