Nomsa M to perform at Miss Teen eliminations

MBABANE- Local jazz artist, Nomsa M will be performing during the Miss Teen 2013/14 eliminations to be held at Happy Valley Resort tonight.

The event is scheduled to start at 7pm.  Initially, it was set for 1p.m, however, the organisers decided to change considering the fact that the time would not be convenient for many.

Entrance fee is E15, at the door.
Entertainment for the evening include a  performance by the jazz artist who has recently released a single titled ‘Litfuba’ in commemoration of Women’s Month.

Perform

 Gospel act Phiwokwakhe, hip hop group Vice Squad and Siteki-based Kwaito group, CJ Boys would also render performances on the evening.
“It will be entertainment galore at the event and we would like to invite the public to come in numbers to support the girls and choose their favourite. We expect parents to be there to encourage their children,” Miss Teen Spokesperson Lungile Mdluli said.
She said out of 20 girls, 12 would be chosen to make it to the finals.

Select

The girls would be selected by the judges and the public who would attend the event.
“We have shifted the event to the evening to cater for everyone who would like to attend. The 12 finalists will be chosen, by the judges with the help of the public.

We will bring 20 girls and choose the 12 from them,” Mdluli said.
 In total 63 girls showed interest in the pageant regionally.
However, they had to be trimmed down to 20.
