MANZINI – Gospel artist Zaga Dlamini took most of those who attended his album
launch by surprise when he offered a beast to Amy Commander Sobantu Dlamini.
Zaga was launching his latest album titled ‘Ngeke Ngikuyeke Nkosi’ at the
Divine Healing Ministries on Saturday night.
The Amy Commander was expected to be guest speaker during the show that was
attended by about 100 gospel music lovers. Because of his busy schedule, the
Army Commander could not make it to the event and instead, he sent Colonel
Hhulumede Fakudze to represent him.
Before accepting the gift to the Amy Commander, Fakudze made a brief speech
saying the Army Commander had mentioned that he personally wanted to attend the
event but because of work issues he could not.
“The Commander said I should mention that he supports your music and that he
also sees the role you are playing in the Christian fraternity. He said I should
tell you that he will continue supporting you in your music career,” he said.
Zaga then told Fakudze that he had prepared a gift for the Army Commander which
was in a form of a beast.
Fakudze said he would forward the gift to the Army Commander when he informs him
about the event.
