Dlamini, who is the outgoing director of the Swaziland Action Group Against Abuse (SWAGAA), said the parliamentarians should not have sexual relationships with youngsters, especially pupils and anyone who is below the age of 16. Dlamini seemed to irk some of her male colleagues who were heard rumbling, something that led her to seek protection from Clerk at Table, Ndvuna Dlamini who was leading proceedings. commotion "I don’t know what the commotion is all about because what I am saying is true and greatly hinders on one’s self respect," an unrelenting MP Dlamini said. MP Dlamini said the legislators should know that having an affair with youngsters was a criminal offence because they were below the consenting age and therefore they should be left alone. "Uyayibona ke lentfo le yaka SWAGAA," one MP said, which could be translated as "do you see this SWAGAA thing". Senate President Gelane Zwane warned the MPs against such sexual relationships and said it was highly unacceptable among legislators.
