The town Board has availed an opportunity to business entities to file a proposal for preparation of the town’s five year integrated development or strategic plan and implementation plan. This is courtesy of tender No. 15 of 2019/2020 and the closing date for it is at noon tomorrow. Also, the town Board, through tender No. 16 of the 19/20 financial year has extended request for proposals for the preparation of the 2019/20 general valuation roll. The closing date of this tender is on October 25, 2019 at noon. Ranging Another opportunity extended to service providers by the town Board, according to the Town Clerk, Melusi Hlanze, was that of rangers and security within the town. For this tender, the deadline is noon tomorrow and it is listed as tender No.17 of 2019/2020. The town Board is also looking for proposals from the business community for a recruitment agency service provider. This is tender No.18 of 2019/20 and the deadline is at noon tomorrow. Interest Hlanze also said the Malkerns Town Board was also seeking entrepreneurs who shall express interest through a proposal for the redesign of servitudes and road map layout. The deadline for the tender shall be noon on October 16, 2019. Those seeking to file proposals should do so by identifying the request as tender No. 19 of 2019/20. The tender documents with general conditions of tender are available from the offices of the town Board and are said to be also available from the website of the town Board and Eswatini Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (ESPPRA). Each tender document is available at E500 payable at the town Board offices. Hlanze emphasised that the town Board did not bind itself to accept any or the lowest bid.
