MBABANE – Consultancy firms have an opportunity to review and develop
performance management system on behalf of Pigg’s Peak Town Council.
Online sources define a performance management system (PMS) as a mechanism for
tracking the performance of employees consistently and measurably. It allows the
company to ensure that employees and departments across the organisation are
working effectively towards achieving the business’ strategic goals. Proposals
are being extended to suitably qualified, experienced and reputable consultancy
firms for the review and development of the PMS.
Request for Proposal (RFP) documents are   already obtainable during office
working hours (8am to 4:45 pm) at the Pigg’s Peak Town Council Civic Centre
upon payment of a non-refundable fee of E350. Copies of the RFP documents can
also be downloaded from the Eswatini Public Procurement Regulatory Agency
(ESPPRA) website at www.sppra.co.sz.
Completed RFP documents must be submitted by April 22 this year.
