The three winners will share E10 000 thanks to Standard Bank Swaziland. The queen will take home E5 000 while the 1st Princess will get E3 000 and the 2nd Princess will get E2 000. The sponsorship was unveiled during a photoshoot held at Standard Bank Corporate Place branch. Mvuselelo Fakudze, the bank’s Chief Executive Officer (CEO) congratulated the Top 12 Finalists for making it and further wished them the best as they prepare for the finals. Fakudze said the winner on the day should understand that the weight of the country would be on her. He said the finalists should understand that culture is the backbone of the country and the winners will have a task of preserving it. “I personally got initiated as a warrior while still young. Culture has played an important role in my personal being. As a bank, culture is one of our key areas of social responsibility and it is for that same reason that we agreed to sponsor this pageant,” he said. Miss Cultural Heritage Vice Chairperson Mhlonishwa Motsa thanked the bank for being one of the main sponsors. “For the first time in the history of the pageant the winners will get cash prizes. We would like to thank Standard Bank Swaziland for the prizes,” said Motsa. Standard Bank has also given hampers for all the Top 12 Finalists.
