Times Of Swaziland: THE ULTRA-POSH NOQWAKA THE ULTRA-POSH NOQWAKA ================================================================================ BY DUDU DUBE on 23/03/2019 09:45:00 Do you ever wonder how some people just mix clothes and come out with killer outfits and actually take breathtaking photos, Noqwaka Dalindyebo is every young girl’s dream, she is not only your posh fashionistar but a natural when it comes to posing for the camera. She takes GCWALA into her world of flash lights and her wardrobe. Who is Noqwaka? She’s the very image of a professional woman you want to keep in your life, LOL. A woman who is comfortable in her own skin and knows where she’s going in life. I can safely say she is a go-getter with a heart of gold. You are a fashion icon to young people, how do you put an outfit together? As women we all go through the struggle of not knowing what to wear. I always tell my friends, if you don’t know what to wear, first pick a pair of shoes then everything else will fall into place and that’s how I put an outfit together, I just pick the shoes and the rest falls into place. How do you keep up with the latest trends? Well I don’t really follow trends I just go for what I like. It works for me. What tips can you give as we are approaching the winter season? Oh yes, I mean who doesn’t love winter? Ok, I’m not a jeans person especially in winter, so ladies how about we all make sure we own a pair of short leather skirts or shorts, pair it with an ankle boot or even knee-high boots with black stockings. That will be my 2019 winter look, a bit chic but always making a statement. What are the most important items a girl should have in her wardrobe? Winter or no winter, as a lady it’s important to keep good underwear, white T-shirts and sexy night gown or pyjamas. It is a must have. You are also a photogenic person, how do you get the perfect pictures and angles? It’s funny because people think I am photogenic until they get to meet me and start talking about how nicer I look in person. With the angles, make sure you know the good side of your body, especially your face and don’t forget to always face the sun and find a suitable clean place as your background. Do you prefer having an indoor or outdoor photo shoot and why? Depends on what the shoot is about but I personally prefer outdoor because there’s no much effort needed, we live in a beautiful country and the natural light does wonders for your skin. Who is your fashion icon? I don’t know if it’s because I love her so much, but it will have to be my beautiful woman Gabrielle Union, but I’d love to believe I’m my own woman with my unique fashion sense. What feeds your creativity? My mood honey! We all have different moods for each day so my mood helps me put together the perfect clothes. Name a few things that people don’t know about you? 1. It’s hard for a lot of people to believe I’m shy simply because I always put on a brave face wherever I go. 2. Never knew my biological father, only my uncle whom I call my father, King Buyelekhaya Dalindyebo. 3. I laugh a lot; it’s annoying sometimes, LOL. If there’s something or someone making me happy I cry and laugh at the same time, you’d do the same if you were to see me, LOL. 4. I am such a lover, have friends who have grown to be my true sisters.
