The duo’s track ‘Hole in her heart’ became a hit with many chart show followers and became their first collaborative chartbuster. The song is expected to be part of their upcoming project; Kingdom Stories album. “I first heard this song during a live performance Qibho and Sands rendered in one of the Rooted Souls poetry sessions and I knew instantly that it was going to be huge when it finally reach radio,” revealed Bongani ‘Dj Tizalami’ Dube. Bongani ‘Bobo’ Dlamini confirmed that the song was currently one of the most requested songs on radio. Melodious “The two, as you may know, use a live band and that paradigm shift in sound from computer generated sounds to live, Qibho’s usual stimulating lyrical content and style, coupled with the melodious voice of Sands, has surely earned the duo a place in the unwritten history of our music industry,” said Bobo. As much as ‘Hole in her heart’ becomes the duo’s first number one song, Qibho Intalektual has earned himself the top spot with several tracks in the past. These include ‘Asesibatsatse’, ‘Eita Dah’, ‘Shaya ngatsi awuboni’, ‘Live’, ‘Imilayeto’, ‘Infinite, Eternal, and ‘Forevermore’, among others. Big The new track with Sands makes him the artist with the most number one songs ever on the chart show, one ahead of another big artist, Diba Diba. Meanwhile, sensational songbird Amanda Mo, who is scheduled to perform at House on Fire on her debut Sibebe Friday Night Live on March 28 2014, played at number 10 with ‘Us’. DJ Peace was at number eight with ‘Me for you’, taken from his newly released album ‘The Masterpiece’. Diba Diba’s catchy ‘Lomakhaya’ track, and NR collaboration, moved a notch up from six to five.
