Times Of Swaziland: WELL DONE, MPS JOHANE SHONGWE, BONGANI MABUZA, PHILA BUTHELEZI WELL DONE, MPS JOHANE SHONGWE, BONGANI MABUZA, PHILA BUTHELEZI ================================================================================ The editor on 27/03/2014 04:12:00 Sir, We salute MPs Johane Shongwe of Mbabane West Inkhundla, Bongani Mabuza of Ekukhanyeni Inkhundla and Phila Buthelezi of Matsajeni North Inkhundla. These three MPs have made history by asking the Minister of Health why people who are taking ARVs are discriminated against. People who are taking ARVs are discriminated in this country because they are forced into different lines at every hospital in the country. The Ministry of Health, on the other side, is talking about zero discrimination but the ministry is using the discrimination method by treating people who are taking ARVs differently. Eye-witness I am an eye-witness to what MP Phila Buthelezi raised; that when you go to hospital you are forced to test for HIV before you are treated. We hope the Ministry of Health will do something about this. Treating people who take ARVs differently, this must come to an end. People who take ARVs must be in the same line with others who are not taking ARVs. Testing of HIV status by force must come to an end before the year 2022. Swazi citizen, Buhleni
