The King began at the Matsapha Lifestyle Centre, located near the Lusushwana River at Mahhala. After opening the shopping complex, owned by the Mansoor Group, the King toured the businesses. Next, he visited the Manzini Lifestyle Centre, which he also officially opened, before touring the shopping complex. During the tours, the King commended the Mansoor Group for their investment in state-of-the-art buildings. Encouraged He encouraged the group to invest more as the country works towards eradicating poverty and unemployment. Meanwhile, Matsapha Town Council Public Relations Officer (PRO) Sihle Sihlongonyane said Matsapha is known as the Kingdom’s investment hub. They were pleased to witness the opening of new shopping complexes, factories and processing plants. “This will greatly contribute to the economy of the town and the country at large,” the PRO said. He added that they believed that through such developments, more job opportunities would be available for emaSwati to earn a living. Sihlongonyane said they were also grateful to Their Majesties and government, for inviting investors to invest in the town of Matsapha. It is worth noting that last week, the King toured and officially opened the upgraded Eswatini Meat Industries (Embiveni) and Infracast in Matsapha, companies owned by Inyatsi Group Holdings. Additionally, the King toured the Eswatini Oil Mill in Matsapha, which has the capacity to create over 100 000 job opportunities for emaSwati, who could venture into farming and supply the establishment with soybeans.
