Actually, there is no reason why the teacher assaulted this pupil, because he was reported to the police. Ungumtali lonjani kantsi babe Ndlovu? Nov 5, 2010, 2:44 PM, Sphelele (Ndzim87@yahoo.com) I find it surprising when adults at the age of 16 yrs are still considered kids. This man can now have his own kids why is he protected? What he did stealing from the teacher’s house was done by an adult knowing what he was doing so stop this madness. Firstly we all have to ask why the student was allowed back at school before his case is done with and why the teacher’s case have to be dealt with first before the student’s case. The teacher is not really right to take the case into his own hands but you really get annoyed if no one relate the progress of your case and you see the offender free. He worked hard for that property for some one to be given a right to steal them and get the protection from the law and some commentators. Its a pity that offenders get maximum protection when it come to their rights and no one continually protect the rights of the offended, what a shame the world we live in. There is no justice at all.
