That is Eswatini Schools Sports Association (ESSA) President Celucolo ‘Dino’ Dlamini, who is also the Swaziland National Association of Teachers Association (SNAT) Vice-President also also serves as the coordinator of wellness. Dlamini said twice a day he is joined by family members and they train together to keep physically fit and energetic. He said they took the decision immediately the government announced the lockdown back in March. Dlamini added that they did exercises together in the morning and afternoon almost every day. “I preach the gospel of physical fitness for a healthy living as the coordinator of wellness with SNAT and I felt that I have to show that by being an example when it comes to exercising. It is challenging but we have plenty of time because we are staying at home,” he said. releases Dlamini urged other teachers and pupils to also exercise as this will keep them active during the lockdown and it also releases stress. “People must stay at home if we want to win the battle over COVID-19 and they must adhere to all the precautions given by the World Health Organisation (WHO) and our government. ‘‘It is important that we follow these measures of curbing the virus to be able to go back to our normal life,” he added.
