‘FASH’ WANTS LEAGUE NULLIFIED

MBABANE – Former Manzini Wanderers striker Mfanufikile ‘Fash’ Ndzimandze
wishes the league could be nullified.
Ndzimandze made it succinctly though that if the league resume, he will fight to
help his team Pigg’s Peak Black Swallows escape relegation.
“My wish is that the 2019/20 season be nullified because we are in danger of
being relegated.
It is tight there but we have to fight if the league resumes to avoid the
dreaded axe. I have read reports online about the possibility of nullifying the
English Premier League and other top leagues, it is a very interesting debate
and we are awaiting what will happen,” Ndzimandze said.
He also said that the suspension of the league was a blessing in disguise.
“It was really hard for the teams which were under relegation. The suspension
of the games was a relief as we are going to regroup and come back better teams
when the league resumes. I strongly believe we can survive relegation if we
focus and work hard,” he added. He also highlighted that he was keeping
himself fit during this lockdown. “We train everyday to keep fit. Mostly I do
roadwork and do push-ups at home,” he said.
