The concerns come from their former club bosses, Denver Sundowns’ Mark Carmichael and Vovovo’s Sipho ‘Tsetla’ Bhembe, who both made it known to this publication that they were worried about the players, since it’s been a while since they last heard from them. As we said before, ours is to focus on what we can control as players, and that consists of our health, fitness, preparation and performance on any given platform (the field of course),” he added. When asked about their move to Denmark, he said all questions pertaining their deal should be directed to their agent, Pastor McDonald. Efforts to get comments from McDonald were futile as he said he did not want to talk about this issue in the media. He said if the club bosses were concerned about the welfare of the players, they should contact him since they had his mobile number. Reached for comment Sundowns boss Carmichael admitted they were worried. ... continues on Page 47
