MBABANE – Moneni Pirates boss December Mavimbela has demanded an explanation
from head coach Ernest Mavuso.
This follows the team’s poor performance in the league and Ingwenyama Cup.
Mavuso joined the Buccaneers on November 16, 2017, replacing Zenzele ‘Ace’
Dlamini.
The former Manzini Sundowns mentor has managed six draws and only managed a win
in the last 32 of the Ingwenyama Cup against Rail United on December 9, 2017.
The Sea Robbers went on to lose 6-5 on penalties against Green Mamba in the last
16 of the Sincephetelo Motor Vehicle Accident Fund(SMVAF) sponsored tournament.
According to a reliable source, the Director December Mavimbela was not
impressed with the results and has told the coach to explain these results.
“Mavimbela is not happy at all, he once addressed the coach while with other
