Girls exchange sex for TV

Sir,

I am sending this email out of anger as a mother of two girls. I am absolutely outraged by what Swazi men are allowed to get away with in this day and age.

Can SWAGAA and Women and Law stand up and fight these pigs? How can anyone have no shame, to show his face in public after having committed such disgusting acts with these girls? He has taken advantage of their state of poverty. I, personally, would like to see justice done in this case.

We have a society that is rotten right from the top and thus everyone feels that they have a right to help themselves to these poor girls. What do you expect when old men who should be bringing the young ones to order are themselves chasing after the same young girls? Simply because they happen to have money! Where are the so-called custodians of Swazi culture?

It’s about time we, as women, take this upon ourselves and sort these animals out ourselves. How about women vigilantes? How about, you strike a woman you strike a rock? Women, let’s take up the fight and protect our girls as the system has failed them over and over again! This will continue unless we unite and fight this scourge.

Devastated Mum,
