ELANGENI – Investment in capital projects is what the country is embarking on.

Their Majesties yesterday toured various sites including Lobamba, Elangeni, and Ezulwini.
In these areas, there will be a new Parliament, a referral hospital, and the currently underway International Convention Centre and Five Star Hotel (ICC and FISH) respectively.

At Elangeni, where the referral hospital will be built, His Majesty the King was shown a plan of the health centre by the Ministers of Health and that of Public Works and Transport.
The two ministers were in the company of Inkhosatana Tsembeni Magongo of that area who presented a cow to their Majesties.

Glamorous

In his tour of the ICC and FISH, the King was shown a prototype of the glamorous hotel which was much to the amazement of everyone present.
Their Majesties were taken through some parts of the ICC by the Economic Planning and Development Principal Secretary Bertram Stewart.
The ICC has taken shape and His Majesty was taken through a tour of some of its floors.

It is expected to be completed by 2019 where it will be host to the African Union Summit.
In his closing remarks, His Majesty thanked the contractors for the work they had done to ensure that the project was where it was.
