LUDZIDZINI - The President of the League of the Churches Bishop Samson Hlatjwako said Their Majesties tried everything in their powers to save the life of Inkhosikati LaDube (Nothando).

Hlatjwako was speaking during the vigil held at Ludzidzini Royal Residence when introducing Their Majesties, who were represented by Prince Fipha.
However, Hlatjwako said Inkhosikati responded to the Lord’s call because God knew when He would take His servant.

The bishop said even though losing a loved one was painful, there was a need to celebrate the life of loyal servants when they responded to the Lord’s call.
“This is not a loss only to Their Majesties but to the whole nation as Inkhosikati’s good work has been mentioned,” he said.

The late Inkhosikati LaDube was described as a charitable woman.
The good work of the late Inkhosikati was revealed by Ngabisa Dlamini, who said she was close to her since she joined the royal family.

Respect

Dlamini of Lozitha told the thousands of mourners, who had gathered to pay their last respects to Inkhosikati during the vigil held at Ludzidzini Royal Residence over the weekend, that the Inkhosikati watched television and read newspapers solely to identify orphaned and vulnerable children in the country.
She said it was for that reason the late Inkhosikati reached out to many OVCs in the country.
“Many people are at work because of her generosity.

“I recall one day when she asked me to assist an OVC to open a bank account so that she could deposit money monthly.
“This was after she saw the needy child while watching the news on television,” Dlamini said.

On another note, Dlamini told the mourners of how the late Inkhosikati was open to her about her illness since she fell ill.
“She told me that she was aware that people would speculate about her death when she went for an operation in the Republic of China (Taiwan).

Operation

“This, she said was because the operation was going to touch on her heart.
“As time went on, Inkhosikati asked me if I would look after her children as their sister.
“I wondered what she meant because the children were members of the royal family.
