BUSINESSMAN’S EX-WIFE FOUND DEAD, NAKED IN FLAT

MANZINI - Well-known businessman Johan Rudolph’s ex-wife Christelle has died, under strange circumstances. 

Christelle, who died at the age of 45 years, was found dead in her rented apartment at Malkerns Square on Sunday morning. As a result, the police recorded her demise as a sudden death.

However, information gathered by this publication from sources close to the matter was that following the strange circumstances surrounding her demise, the police have launched an investigation. 

Naked 

The insiders alleged that on the Sunday morning when her body was discovered, it was naked and in a kneeling position near her bed in her bedroom. 

“The door of her apartment was found open,” they claimed.

Furthermore, they alleged that when the body was inspected by the police officers at the scene, it had no bruises. 

However, they claimed that when it was inspected afterwards, it had blood clots which looked like bruises on her neck, body and face.

“Again, when some of the people who were close to deceased went to her place to collect some confidential items, they noticed that her eye glasses were on the floor and had been bent. This was when they also asked to see her body again and they noticed the said bruises,” the sources alleged.

They claimed that it was then that they called upon the police officers to investigate the ‘sudden death’ of their loved one.

Meanwhile, Chief Police Information and Communications Officer Superintendent Phindile Vilakati confirmed that there was a sudden death that was recorded by the police at Malkerns Police Station on Sunday - where a woman was found dead in her house. 

However, the police mouthpiece mentioned that there was an ongoing investigation regarding the matter.

On the other hand, the death notice, which was issued by people who are close to the deceased’s family, said there would be a memorial service to celebrate her life at Dups Funeral Home tomorrow at 2pm. It said her funeral would be held at her parental home in Nelspruit, South Africa on a day that was not mentioned.
