TWO HELD FOR EZULWINI DOUBLE MURDER

MBABANE – Two men are assisting the police in connection with double murder which occurred in Ezulwini last December.

The two Eswatini men were allegedly apprehended on Friday to assist the police with the investigation of the case. Two men believed to have been South African nationals were shot dead in December last year. Chief Police Information and Communications Officer Assistant Superintendent Nosipho Mnguni confirmed that two Eswatini men of Nyonyane and Buka have been taken in by the police for questioning in connection with the murder. She, however, said the two men have not yet been charged with the murder as investigations were still ongoing.

Information gathered by the Times SUNDAY is to the effect that they were apprehended by Manzini police officers. They have been brought in to assist in the ongoing investigations of the murder of two men who were shot and killed in what appeared to be a hit, next to the Vegas City Guest House entrance in Ezulwini. According to sources, they have been under the radar of the police for some time.
